Location/Onsite: Riverton, Utah (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)
The Director of Finance is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the financial health,
reporting integrity, and scalable growth infrastructure of Kovo RCM. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial analysis while partnering with executive leadership to support acquisitions, integrations, and performance optimization in a healthcare revenue cycle environment. The Director of Finance translates financial data into actionable insights that drive margin improvement, operational
efficiency, capital planning, and long-term enterprise value.
